Do my personal tokens expire?
No! Your purchased tokens are stored on your account and don't expire. Use them at your own pace — whether you burn through them in one creative session or spread them out over weeks.
Do I need design experience to use the AI tools?
Not at all! Our tools are built for everyone. You describe what you want, and the AI handles the creative heavy lifting. Plus, our in-house designers review every design before printing — so even if your first draft is a little rough around the edges, the final product will look great.
What happens to my design after I place an order?
Once you order, your design is passed to our internal team of professional designers. They review and refine it to meet the technical requirements of our print partners — things like file resolution, color profiles, and multi-part garment patterns. You won't need to worry about any of that.

Here are some common questions about our make your style.
It's pretty straightforward! You design your product using our AI tools, place your order, and our in-house team reviews your creation — making sure colors, resolution, and layout are all print-ready. Your item then goes to production and gets shipped directly to your door. No design skills needed.
Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times then depend on your location and the carrier. We currently ship within the United States only. Delays caused by carriers or unusual order volumes are outside our control, but we'll always keep you informed.
Because every item is custom-made just for you, orders go into production as soon as payment is confirmed — so we're unable to make changes or cancellations after that point. Double-check your size, design, and delivery address before checking out!
The preview is a very close representation, but slight differences may exist — things like color calibration between screens and physical fabric, or minor layout adjustments our designers make to ensure the best print result. Our team reviews and refines every design before it goes to print, so you can expect a high-quality product that stays true to your vision.
Since every product is made to order, we generally don't accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We also can't refund orders due to wrong sizes selected by the customer, slight color variations, or carrier delays. If something went wrong on our end — we'll make it right.!
